Pet Policy

At RPM, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. Varia at Highland Village welcomes cats and dogs, must complete a pet interview. For each pet, with a maximum of two - there is a non-refundable pet fee of $400/per pet and pet rent of $20 per month.

Leasing staff is timely and understanding. I was able to get a 3 bedroom no problem. My apartment looks absolutely amazing. Best part is that there is the best donuts right next door. I also had a maintenance request for my toilet and AC. They were quick, professional and I have no repeating issues. Overall I enjoy living here.

This community was extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The office staff was extremely friendly and responsive. They made the move-in process very smooth and were always helpful whenever we needed anything. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to live in the Highland Village area!
